Olivado Extra Virgin Avocado Oil is quite simply, the juice of the first, cold pressing of New Zealand's finest quality ripe Avocados.

Called Extra Virgin as its pressed at temperatures below 50 °C, also contains an acid content of 0.2%, well below the 1% for the "Extra Virgin" designation. No heat or solvents are used to extract the oil from the fruit. As it has a high chlorophyll content, Avocado oil can be unstable, so to avoid degredation, after extraction the manufacturer puts the oil to a unique and natural process that completely stabilises it, retaining the goodness for up to 2 years in an unopened bottle.
