Although calcium and vitamin D have long been considered as key nutrients in the facilitation of bone mineral turnover, it has more recently been acknowledged how important vitamin K2 is for this process as well.
When supplementing vitamin D, the body creates vitamin K2-dependant proteins (osteocalcin) that move calcium. K2 is needed to activate these proteins to move calcium into the bones.

Vitamin C contributes towards a health in many ways. This includes the normal function of the immune system during and after exercise, and normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin C also contributes to collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, cartilage, bones, gums, skin and teeth.
Vitamin C can also contribute to protecting cells from oxidative stress and reducing tiredness and fatigue.

DIRECTIONS:
Take 1 capsules daily with a main meal, or as directed by a professional.
Recommended storage temperature < 25°C. Once opened, store below 4°C in an airtight container and consume within a short period of time.

If you are taking anti-coagulants, (blood thinners) do not take this product except on the advice of a doctor.
